Wright R. S. Ohrstrom - Chairman, CEO
Wright R.S. Ohrstrom began his finance career with Robert Fleming Securities, Inc., in London, where he was involved
in equity sales and business development. After Fleming, Wright enrolled in the London Business School MBA program
with a focus in Operations Management and Management of Growing Businesses. After his MBA, he worked in London as the
Chief Operations Officer of a small middle market business, before formally joining G.L. Ohrstrom & Co., Inc, in 2001.
Wright currently sits on the Board of Directors of several companies including many G.L. Ohrstrom & Co., Inc. portfolio
companies, the Advisory Council for the Yellowstone Park Foundation and the Board of Trustees for Eaglebrook School in
Deerfield, MA.
Donald G. Calder - President
Donald G. Calder is President of G. L. Ohrstrom & Co., Inc. and has been associated with the firm since 1965.
He has been actively involved in the origination of numerous Ohrstrom-sponsored acquisitions and has worked
closely with the senior management teams of these investments. He is a graduate of Princeton University (AB)
and The Harvard Business School (MBA). He served in the U.S. Navy and worked on Wall Street. He is a member
of the Board of Directors of Carlisle Companies Incorporated, Roper Industries, Inc., Brown-Forman Corporation,
and Central Securities. He is Chairman of the Board of Tritex Holdings, V.I.P. Incorporated
and President of Vistan Corporation. He is a Trustee of the National Sporting Library and the American Skin Association.
Derrick Key - Vice Chairman
Derrick Key is the former CEO of Roper Industries. Mr. Key started his relationship with Roper in the early 1980's
as a consultant from A.T. Kearny. By 1982, Mr. Key had become Vice President, and then from 1991 to his retirement
from Roper in December of 2001, he served as the company's CEO and as Chairman. After retiring from Roper, Mr. Key
joined G.L. Ohrstrom & Co. Mr. Key currently serves on the board of several GLO & Co portfolio companies.
George A. Pfeil, III - Managing Director
George joined G.L. Ohrstrom & Co., Inc. in February 2003 after spending eight years with Roper Industries, Inc. (NYSE: ROP).
At Roper, George contributed in a variety of roles including a senior operating management position in the Industrial Controls
Group as well as an executive leading the M&A efforts in the corporate office. Prior to joining Roper, George was employed by
Advent International Corporation within its Industrial Technology Group and focused on early-stage and growth-stage private equity investments.
Prior to Advent, George was with Smith Barney, Harris Upham & Co. in its Corporate Finance Department and provided financing and
acquisition-related advisory services to private and public companies. George serves on the board of Cardiff Holdings Corp and Magna
Industries, Inc. George received his B.S. from Boston University in 1990.
Charles T. Heskett (Chuck), Managing Director
Chuck joined G.L. Ohrstrom & Co., Inc. in October, 2008 after spending six years with Kildare-Enterprises, a private equity group focused on the lower
middle markets. While at Kildare, Chuck sourced and closed several significant transactions for the group including the first truly national
supplier of natural building stone in the country. Before joining Kildare, Chuck co-founded Brillhart-Heskett Investments in Seattle and became the CEO
of one of the firm's portfolio companies, Benefits-Interactive. Prior to his involvement in private equity, Chuck spent five years with
Colgate-Palmolive in the marketing department (working in New York and Southeast Asia) and then for another five years as Chief operating officer
of a Seattle WA based specialty rail manufacturer serving transit systems and main-line railroads across North America. Chuck sits on the Board of
Directors of Geo. Schofield Company (A Kildare Portfolio Company) and received his B.S. from Bowdoin College and his MBA from the Harvard Business
School.
